Key Responsibilities
- • Design software solutions based on overall system specifications
- • Implement, debug, and optimize software; perform integration testing

- • Coordinate external partners and track deliverables
Requirements

- • 3–5+ years of development experience with solid coding practices
- • Familiar with product development lifecycle and software standards
- • Passion for AI products and cutting-edge electronics technologies
- • Experience with tablets, AI speakers, or robotics products
- • Proficient with MCUs such as STM8/STM32 and ARM (HW/SW)
- • Skilled in embedded/low-level development (Linux/MCU/DSP)
1 Hardware Engineer (1)
Key Responsibilities
- • Lead hardware R&D and debugging; design schematics
- • Perform PCB layout, new component validation, and component selection
- • Track development progress to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- • Write detailed test plans and compile production documentation
- • Provide on-site guidance during pilot builds and summarize findings
Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or related; 3–5+ years hardware design

Responsibilities
- • Develop SMT and PCBA OEM/ODM business
- • Maintain existing customers and expand new accounts
- • Own full-cycle follow-up: BD, project negotiation, delivery, and commercial terms
- • Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
- • Familiar with SMT, DIP, wave soldering, testing, and assembly processes
- • Manage AR collection and conduct regular client visits
Requirements
- • High school diploma or above
- • 2+ years in SMT/PCBA industry customer development
- • Strong market analysis and customer service mindset
- • Outgoing, diligent, honest, and perseverant
- • Excellent communication skills and rapport-building ability

1 PIE Engineer (1)
Requirements
- • 3+ years of SMT and DIP PIE experience; solid electronics knowledge
- • Familiar with SOP/line balancing/work instructions/flowcharts/standard time
- • Skilled at analyzing production exceptions; proficient in NPI processes
- • Experienced in jig/tooling fabrication and testing
- • Proficient with Office and CAD/CAM350 tools

Key Responsibilities
- • Establish quality control plans for new products
- • Define IQC/IPQC/OQC standards and provide training
- • Organize IQC, IPQC, and OQC inspections per standards
